PATENTED HYDRAULIC BELT TENSIONER Automatic belt tensioning eliminates manual adjustment and maintains consistent drive efficiency across the full operating range — reducing maintenance labor and preventing premature belt wear from improper tension.

INDEPENDENT BOWL ADJUSTMENT Bowl setting adjusts independently without resetting hydraulic pressure — operators can change product size quickly without interrupting the hydraulic circuit or going through a full pressure reset sequence.

FABRICATED MAINFRAME The mainframe is fabricated steel rather than cast. Heavy castings have naturally inconsistent grain structure and porosity in thick sections — making them difficult and often impossible to repair in the field. A fabricated frame can be assessed, welded, and returned to service. Consistent material properties throughout mean consistent strength — and consistent repairability when you need it.

HYDRAULIC UPPER BODY LIFT Full chamber access for material clean-out and maintenance without relying on electrical power. Service happens on your schedule, not the machine's.

VIBRATION ISOLATION The machine sits on rubber isolation pads to absorb vibration and reduce transmission to the supporting structure — extending frame and foundation life.

SIMPLIFIED LINER CHANGE No epoxy resin required for liner or wear part replacement. Change-out time is reduced to approximately one-fifth of older systems — less labor, less downtime, lower cost per ton.
