INTEGRATED FEED HOPPER — No competitor offers it. A heavy-duty feed hopper with integral conveyor accepts direct wheel loader dump on site — eliminating the standalone feeder unit that every other mobile wash plant requires as separate equipment and separate cost.
TWIN SAND WASHERS — Dual washer configuration doubles throughput capacity and builds in production redundancy — if one washer requires attention, the plant keeps running. Single-washer competitors cannot match this output at this footprint.
INCLINE SCALPING SCREEN — Material is sized and scalped before it reaches the washers — bypassing fines that don't need washing, protecting washer capacity for the target fraction, and maximizing clean sand output per hour of operation.
DEWATERING SCREEN — High-frequency dewatering pulls moisture out of the washed product at the point of production — delivering handleable, stockpile-ready sand without settling ponds or extended drying time.
OPTIONAL VSI — CRUSH TO WASH IN ONE PASS — The factory-integrated VSI option adds a vertical shaft impactor directly to the feed circuit — crushing aggregate or crusher run into manufactured sand before it enters the wash circuit. Two stages of production on one trailer.
