TKO incline screens are engineered to deliver high-efficiency material separation across the full range of aggregate and mining applications — from heavy-duty scalping to precision finish screening. The vibrating mechanism is mounted near the screen's center of gravity, producing true circular motion that remains uniform across the entire deck surface. This balanced motion delivers consistent screening performance while minimizing structural stress and extending equipment life.
Heavy-Duty Construction All units are fabricated from 3/8 in steel side plates, with optional high-strength low-alloy steels for severe-duty applications. Standard wet-kit punch-outs simplify integration into washing circuits. Premium components — SKF® or FAG® bearings, alloy springs, and SSAB Hardox® through-hardened wear plates — ensure long service life in abrasive environments.
Configurable for Your Application Key operating parameters — including stroke, deck angle, and operating speed — are adjustable, allowing each screen to be tuned to specific material characteristics, moisture content, and production targets. Screen decks are available in crowned, double-crowned, or flat configurations to accommodate a wide range of screening media and application needs.

Dual Synchronized Eccentric Shafts Two synchronized eccentric shafts generate higher G-forces than single-mechanism screens, promoting rapid material stratification and efficient separation at coarse cut sizes. The dual-shaft timed gear drive produces controlled elliptical motion across the full deck, maintaining stable screening performance under heavy feed loads, surges, and abrasive material.
Front-End and Primary Screening Duty Dual-mechanism screens are best suited for applications where throughput and aggressive material movement are required. These units excel at front-end scalping, primary screening, and high-tonnage quarry circuits where single-mechanism screens are undersized for the load.
