40/70 MESH SPLITS WITH EASE
10 G’s OF DECK ACCELERATION
A MINE DURABLE SCREEN FOR INDUSTRIAL, SAND AND MINING APPLICATIONS
ULTRA-FINES HIGH FREQUENCY HORIZONTAL SCREENS
High-G Excitation. 40/70 Mesh and Finer. Precision Cuts in a Compact Footprint.
Purpose-Built for Fine Screening TKO ultrafines dual-mechanism horizontal screens are purpose-built for high-precision fine screening applications, including 40/70 mesh and finer separations. Operating at sustained accelerations up to 6–11 Gs, the design delivers sharp, repeatable cuts from a compact footprint while maintaining stable, continuous-duty operation.
Dual-Mechanism High-Frequency Drive Compared to square-deck fine screens, the dual-mechanism configuration provides superior feed distribution, reduced balling, and improved screening efficiency in demanding fines applications. A rigid rectangular frame combined with ultra-high-strength side plates allows high-G excitation without fatigue cracking. Optional high-energy exciter configurations are available where increased throughput or tighter size control is required.
Dry, Slightly Damp, or Wet Material Designed for direct dryer discharge, the screen performs reliably across dry, damp, and lightly wet material conditions. High-temperature dust sealing is standard, making these units well suited for foundry sand, frac sand, and industrial mineral circuits operating from hot or dry feed sources. The screen also runs in dry or in wet screening applications.
Two- and Three-Deck Configurations Available in two- or three-deck arrangements to produce multiple fine-size fractions in a single pass. Slope is adjustable from 0° to 2.5° to tune stratification and residence time for the target cut size. Wedge (Angled) Decks are also available.
Available in two models — SH6202 (2-deck) and SH6203 (3-deck) — both at 2 × 30 hp (22 kW) drive. Contact us for sizing assistance.

Application Highlights
Foundry Sand
Delivers tight, repeatable fine sand separations required for consistent grain size distribution and casting performance. High-G operation maintains uniform cuts with dry or lightly damp material.
Frac Sand
Optimized for API-compliant frac sand sizing, including 40/70 and finer cuts. Handles material directly from the dryer while maintaining sharp separation and consistent throughput.
Industrial Minerals
Ideal for precision classification where consistent sizing and product quality are critical. Performs effectively in both dry and wet circuits with tighter cuts than conventional fine screening equipment.
